The way the product works is by elevating your overall sperm count while offering protection to your sperm. By reducing the overall death rate of sperm, you see a boost in fertility. Pretty solid claims, nothing too over the top from this company which is always a good sign.

There have been mixed results with SpermXL, some users find they receive a positive benefit, and others have claimed the results were a little lackluster. Even knowing this I gave the product a shot, and it turns out it had some weird side effects.

Does It Work?

Let’s start off with the positives, it was noticed a slight increase in orgasm strength and sperm volume although it was not very dramatic.

During the review a decrease in mood was noticed. We are not sure why exactly this happened, but in one case the product became very short with the wife and even overall bad temper was reported. One wife suggested maybe it was the pills, and after a few days, the reviewer noticed and was back to his regular self. This may have been an isolated incident, but it’s something to consider.

Overall, we would say this product was decent, but the mood swings really weren’t worth the slight boost in sperm count and orgasm strength when there are so many other alternatives on the market.
